Buzo Puppy Center – Return & Refund Policy

At Buzo Puppy Center, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of animal care and product quality.

1. Puppy Sales

  • All puppy bookings and sales are final.
  • Once a puppy is booked or purchased, no return or refund will be accepted.
  • We ensure that puppies are healthy at the time of handover. Customers are advised to check the puppy carefully before completing the purchase.
  • Any health concerns after purchase will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed at the time of sale.

2. Pet Products (Food, Toys, Clothing, Accessories)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product with proper proof (photos/video).
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used pet food
  • Used pet clothing or accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for pet products can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Puppy bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed, and advance payments are non-refundable.

6. Company Rights
Buzo Puppy Center reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if it does not meet the above conditions.
